Cannot save and republish the data

Hi all, I’m having problem with saving and republish the data, there is no reaction at all after clicking the buttons.

Please advise, thanks.

I seem to have the same issue. Tried in Chrome, Firefox and Edge.

I just keep getting the spinning dots to say that it’s doing it, but then it never stops and it isn’t republishing.

I have a deadline today and need the most recent chart posted.

Same for me. I can save but not republish. Did you solve it?

I’ve tried unpublishing and republishing too, but that doesn’t work either.

@Havard1 is there someone who can look into this asap?

Hi all

We made a change this morning to fix this issue. Can you please do a hard refresh and try again?

If this doesn’t help, can you please share the link to the chart?

It’s still not working for me. It’s not working for any of my charts, it’s not just one specifically .

Yup, same here. Won’t republish. I’ve refreshed and logged out/in, but still no luck…

A patch should be out now. Sorry for the inconvenience. May have to do another hard reload due to caching
