Internal Server Issues

Everviz is currently providing internal server error when attempting to export in jpeg. No image is being exported, however graphs can be updated and republished on the website. Is there an expected timeframe for this issue to be solved?


PS: Provide screenshots or videos if possible. All information you can give is very useful to our developers.

Our export server was briefly down last night and the issue should have been resolved. Please let us know if you’re still experiencing issues
