Save image options time-out

Hi,

When I try and save an image as a PNG or a PDF, I get a time-out error.

It doesn’t seem to be working for any charts on our site or through the everviz tool.

We have experienced similar issues stated here as of Wednesday. Exporting to PNG or PDF within the everviz tool provides no result nor an error message, although the public links appear to be working. All new charts created are also lacking a thumbnail.

Hi @KerryHolm and @RPA

We’ve recently encountered some issues with our export server. If an export fails, it’s usually a quick fix on our end, so please don’t hesitate to reach out to support@everviz.com if you run into any problems.

That said, we’re actively investigating the root cause and hope to have some answers later this week. Thanks for your patience!
