What to do when making a map, and chart changes colour if I add data to fourth coloumn

Hi,
I wanna try and make a map of a region in Norway with organizations that overlaps the borders of the municipalities. The problem is that I want to show when you hover over the municipality the organisation name that if for that municipality, but I don’t want 5 data labels for the same organization… How can I not show some of the data labels (repeats) and show others? Tried to add data to a 4th coloumn and use that, but the colour of my chart changes for some reason then…

I want labels over the chart to show names (same as I have in the tooltip), but no repeating names.

It wasn’t entirely clear what you’re struggling with. Could you provide a quick mockup of what you want to achieve?
