Expected behavior (what is happening?) We’re trying to export some charts for print as PNGs
Actual behavior (what do you expect to happen?) Nothing seems to be occurring. One of our team members on another device said she received an error message, but there’s no error message on my end.
For some reason, we’re able to export charts for social media successfully. I’ve done a hard refresh on my browser, if that matters!
We’ve also run into this issue previously (see our previous report ) but I’m not sure what’s causing this.
