I have run into this issue before with maps.
From the options menu when you save as PNG or PDF you get an error.
This was your response to the old issue:
We should be able to just increase the max limit for the configurations sent to the export server. I’ll check in with the rest.
This was originally reported in January, and completed in February. It’s still reproducible it seems.
I’m not sure if this can be set as a higher priority on your end or not, but users can’t save our maps as PNG or PDF right now.
