Using Google Sheets import, the numbers in my spreadsheet are percentages % but are coming through as the raw ‘number’.
Any help greatly appreciated!

If I am not mistaken, this issue arises from how Google Sheets serve the data for a spreadsheet.
You will need to add the relevant formatting in everviz. For example, here’s how to change the label for the vertical axis:
Similarily, you can set formatting under Tooltip and Data labels.
