Drop-down layout disappears when viewing in mobile

Hi,

Using the drop-down layout, the drop-down appears on desktop but once you shrink it down to tablet or mobile size, the drop-down disappears.

Here is an example from cihi.ca

To recreate:

  • Create a drop-down layout with 2 charts

  • Publish and copy code

  • Paste in JS Fiddle and shrink down size.
