Revisions in published/live charts

Hi all,

I’m having trouble syncing my revised data with the live chart.

Before, we would be able to tweak the chart and Republish real-time WITHOUT having to copy the Script and re-embed into the page. Now I found myself having to go through the same process per every revision.

Any thoughts? TIA!

We’re aware of these issues. The help page on versioned embed describes a workaround, and we are looking at this issue more generally.

This caching behavior should not have changed lately, but many factors trigger the behavior.
