We are supposed to be able to upload custom fonts in our plan(business). I seem to be able to upload the font, but when I try to find it in the theme editor it is not on the list. Is there a specific type of font file or something else that we should know to make this work?

I can’t find any fonts uploaded to your theme, and that might be what is happening. I’m not aware of any restrictions, but woff (Web Open Font Format), is normally the recommended type to use on the internet. TTF is also supported.
It looks like there is currently an problem with uploading fonts in general, which we will prioritize. If urgent, you can send the font file here or to support@everviz.com, and I can try to upload it manually.
